Ive been blind in my right eye all my life, and it pretty much useless, and it also twitches to the right creating a lazy eye, i want to know if maybe i could get a surgery to straighten the eye or just get an artificial one, and if so what would the side effects be

I have had corrective surgery and am pleased with the results. My nephew had surgery to correct his lazy eye and was very successful. You need to talk to you eye doctor to find out for sure what you can expect from surgery and if surgery is possible.
